NO HIDDEN COSTS

In all cases, the fee proposal provided to you contains the costs of all work phases in detail. We do not depart from this fee proposal, there are no subsequent surcharges.

During settlement, we consider the number of words in the original text, the final cost does not depend on how verbose or concise we have worded the translation.

Project management fee and other miscellaneous fees are not charged, these are included in the translation fee.

MULTI STEP QUALITY ASSURANCE

Even the basic price includes that the translation is proofread, and subjected to several computer assisted verifications, which enables us to eliminate many types of errors entirely.

Our translators are reviewed, evaluated and trained regularly. The expertise and experience of our reviewers and project managers are the guarantee of the quality of the translation.

Every one of our colleagues has access to several dictionaries, knowledge bases and tools which enable them to verify and correct their own work.
